We are looking for dedicated and professional female Personal Care Workers to join our growing team and provide exceptional, person-centred support to clients across Hervey Bay / Maryborough and surrounding areas.

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll do so much more than provide practical assistance you’ll be someone our clients can rely on. Every day brings an opportunity to brighten someone’s day, support their independence and help them feel safe, valued and empowered in their own home and community.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll provide personalised care and support based on each client’s individual needs, preferences and routines, including:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, showering, grooming and dressing
• Supporting clients with mobility, hygiene and daily living activities
• Preparing meals and completing light household duties
• Providing transport to appointments, shopping and social outings
• Offering genuine companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and supporting clients to achieve their goals
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Following established care plans, protocols and safety requirements
• Providing care that always protects our clients’ comfort, dignity and wellbeing

Availability Monday to Friday is required, 10-15-20 hours a week.

Female Personal Care Workers are preferred to meet the specific needs and preferences of our clients.

• Experience as a Personal Care Worker
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification)
• Driver's license and vehicle
• Current Car Insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration 
• National police check
• First aid & CPR
• Blue Card

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in personal care tasks 
• Excellent time management abilities
