Responding to Complaints

Right at Home is committed to addressing all complaints promptly and effectively, whether they are open or anonymous.

Our process ensures that every complaint is reviewed carefully, with customers invited to participate in its resolution whenever possible. We prioritise feedback based on the level of risk to customers' wellbeing, safety, and health, ensuring a thorough and fair investigation.

All complaints—regardless of type—are handled with transparency, and outcomes are communicated in a timely manner. Additionally, we welcome your feedback on how your complaint was managed to support continuous improvement and right quality in our services.
