We are a local family with four young children. We are passionate about our local community, and we are excited to be able to provide excellent care and support to older Australians and people living with a disability. We love our home and cherish spending time with our family, we understand why people choose to remain living in their homes and we think it’s a privilege to be able to support them to do so.

We have both worked for many years in client facing roles, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and we have a friendly, warm approach towards everyone that we meet.

Joshua is originally from Mackay, QLD. He started off his career completing an Electrical trade in North Queensland. He then decided to pursue a university degree, completing a Bachelor of Economics. Joshua then relocated to the ACT and began a career in Financial Planning. He thoroughly enjoyed helping clients to achieve their financial goals.

Niesa has grown up in Canberra; she knows the area very well. Canberra is her home, and she feels very proud to be working in a role that gives back to her hometown community. Niesa has worked her entire career in client support roles. For the past 7.5 years she worked in the Domestic Family violence sector, supporting some of Canberra’s most vulnerable people. Niesa began her career as a carer herself, she is excited to be stepping back into this space.

We align with the Right at Home’s mission which is to “improve the quality of life for those we serve”^TM. Our clients mean so much to us and we treat them as we would want our dearest family members treated, with dignity, respect, and client centered approaches.

Our goal is to create a thriving and supportive team environment. We appreciate our incredible nurses and caregivers; without them, we couldn’t do the work that we do.
