Sean Tudor is a committed leader at Right at Home Perth South, devoted to creating a positive impact within the community. Despite his youthful age, Sean brings a dynamic perspective and a steadfast dedication to improving the lives of those we care for. His path into the service industry was inspired by a successful career in mining, where he developed valuable skills in leadership and business management.

Making the shift from mining to in-home care felt like a seamless transition for Sean, driven by his desire to apply his tertiary education in Psychology and to support the well-being of others. He firmly believes that everyone is entitled to compassionate, high-quality care, and he is committed to fostering an environment where clients feel appreciated and nurtured.

Sean’s philosophy is centred on building meaningful relationships, both within his team and with the clients we assist. He recognises the significance of teamwork and delivering exceptional care. His infectious energy and optimistic outlook encourage those around him to strive for excellence in their roles.

Outside of his professional commitments, Sean enjoys maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle, whether it’s through fitness, rugby, or discovering the breathtaking landscapes of Perth. He treasures time with family and friends, often seeking new adventures and shared experiences.

Jane Holohan is dedicated to enhancing the lives of others, which naturally led her to a career in health care. With over 30 years of Registered Nurse experience in various clinical settings, including public and private hospitals across Australia, Ireland, and England, she has developed a wide ranging and comprehensive skill set. Since returning to Perth from Ireland in April 2022, Jane has been part of the leadership team at an MSWA high care facility where she focused on providing quality care for the residents and oversight and training of the care support team.

Jane began nursing at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, which laid the foundation for her extensive career. She then moved to the UK and worked at most of the major NHS hospitals in London for almost 10 years before returning to Australia to start a family and raise 5 children, working casually at Fremantle/Kaleeya hospitals. In 2015 Jane and her family moved to Ireland for almost 7 years where she continued working at a private surgical hospital in Belfast.

Understanding the needs of the ageing population in Australia, Jane is acutely aware of the resources necessary for elderly individuals to live independently. Her experience, including caring for residents with specialised neurological needs and disabilities, have further strengthened her commitment to home care services. Joining Right At Home felt like a natural extension of her desire to support the community she lives in while aligning with the company’s mission to “improve the quality of life for those we serve.”

Among her greatest attributes and achievements are building strong relationships with her colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment and the positive impact she has made in the lives of her clients.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys spending time in the family’s native garden, swimming at the beach, Parkrun, travel, hiking, reading and a good cup of coffee or glass of wine with her family and friends.
