Support at Home
Support at Home is the current unified system for in-home aged care. It replaced the Home Care Packages program to create a more effective system.
Home Care Packages
The Home Care Packages programme no longer exists as a standalone funding scheme and has been transitioned into the new Support at Home framework.
Disability Support
The National Disability Insurance Scheme or NDIS remains a separate and caters to Australians under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability.
