Home Care Services

Right at Home Australia understands that care decisions for you and your loved ones are important. We are an Approved Provider under the Aged Care Act, meaning we can provide quality care under a government home care package.

Right at Home has a comprehensive portfolio of home care services, which fall into several care categories for seniors, adults living with a disability,  NDIS participants, or with postoperative care needs, and those with special care situations caused by complex medical conditions. Right at Home provides domestic assistance, social support, personal care, transportation, flexible respite care, nursing care, home and garden services, allied health services, and lifestyle and wellness care.

Our tailored services help you and your loved ones to maintain independence, and a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.

Why Choose Right at Home?

We are contactable 24/7. You can contact us at any time. Our care managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

We are local. Right at Home owners are locals in your community who chose to run a Right at Home office to make a positive impact on the community and the people in their care.

We are selective. We employ only the best caregivers and then we carefully put the right caregiver with the right client through a precise matching process. Once a caregiver and client are matched, we provide an extensive orientation on the client's needs to the caregiver.

We are flexible. If you are unsatisfied with a particular caregiver, all it takes is a phone call. We can custom match another caregiver to a client at any time.

We are protected. We carry all of the necessary liability coverage so that all of our clients and their families are fully protected. We’re insured and we cover all employer-related expenses, including the security of work cover.

Our staff are trained and supervised. We choose only the best quality staff and ensure they are trained and qualified to do the job. Our Staff are supervised by a Care Manager and the Care Plan is reviewed regularly by a nurse and amended with agreement by you as your needs change.

We are consistent and reliable. Once a care team has been designated to you, we aim to maintain that team for your care so that you see familiar faces and know who to expect in your home. If your regular carer cannot attend the shift, we keep you informed and do our best to find a replacement staff member to perform the service at a suitable time for you.

We are transparent. We don’t charge admin fees on home care packages so you get more hours of care for your budget. We also do not charge entry and exit fees.

Who needs our care?

You, your spouse, or a family member may need some help with activities of daily living or require some assistance with recovery after surgery. You may be aware of a friend or a colleague from work who needs assistance either themselves or a family member.

If you are a medical practitioner or an allied health professional you may be aware of a patient under your care in need of assistance. That assistance may be activities of daily living, companionship or skilled nursing care.

Changing to Right at Home

Whether you receive private pay services or government funded home care or support, if you would like to change your service provider to Right at Home, contact us.

Under the new Consumer Directed Care rules for government-funded home care packages, if you are unhappy with your current service and would like to change your provider you can do this with 2 weeks notice to your current provider. Contact us if you need help with this process.
