Helen is passionate about helping others, so it was no surprise to her family when she chose a career in health. She has 28 years of experience in health, inclusive of hospital and community nursing, management, training, business development, and medical sales. During her career, Helen has been privileged to meet many interesting and wonderful people who have aided in her growth professionally and personally. 

Helen has added to her health portfolio with a Bachelor of Health Science in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture), which has enhanced her skill set enabling Helen to provide clients with more options for their health journey. Helen is passionate about the evolving health care system, personal development, continuing education for herself and her team to ensure clients receive the best evidence-based practice. A certified trainer & assessor facilitating various health courses globally a role she thoroughly enjoys. 

With an ageing population in Australia and her own elderly parents in the UK, she is acutely aware of the resources required for our elderly to live independently today, having experienced firsthand how home care empowers clients and their families enriching their quality of life, choosing to join Right at Home was an easy decision. The company ethos and reputation for excellence in-home care aligns with her values, provides her with the ability to help her community. 

Helen's greatest accomplishments are her children, she loves being a mum and grandma and spending quality time with her grandsons, traveling with her husband, enjoying good food and the odd glass of red wine. 

Steve is an empathetic, kind person who has extensive senior leadership, change management, problem-solving and business acumen skills. He is passionate about end-to-end solutions to satisfy the needs of the customer, a passion, which has evolved over 40 years working in supply chain globally serving the community. As a senior manager, he has pioneered many cutting-edge logistics solutions to meet customer needs, working alongside his team utilising leading strategies to achieve these goals. He is especially driven in building strong effective teams who share his ethos ‘of going that extra mile for people’. Steve has been looking for a change in his career pathway which utilises his skill set, offers him challenges and most importantly something which is personally rewarding. 

Steve believes he has found the right partnership with Right At Home Group; due to its longstanding successful global business model and the reason for its existence in caring for the community especially the aged. Steve has represented on the board of Motor Neurone Disease Association WA, Trading Partners Forum Australasia and a member of the Chamber of Commerce. 

Steve enjoys watching his sons play football, spending time with his grandsons and wife along with traveling, exploring different cultures and wines. 

Luke is a caring individual with a passion for helping others, formally recognised at an early age with the 2010 Australian Defence Force leadership award and house captain role throughout his high school years. This passion continued, choosing a career in customer service for a major retail company. During his ten-year career, he has developed knowledge and skills in customer care, recruitment, training, sales, and management. He has benefited from strong mentorship, leading and working in great teams, making invaluable memories and lifelong friends. 

Upon leaving school he initially studied Architecture however soon realising where his passion lay which wasn’t on a drawing board it was with people thus, he continued his career in retail management customer service. Luke is currently studying Certificate III in Aged care and Home Care; Certificate IV in accounting and bookkeeping enabling him to gain a deeper understanding of the business thus broadening his knowledge and skills. Right At Home was an easy career change, because he knew he was joining a committed team with his parents and that it was time for him to pursue new ambitions helping others. 

Luke is excited about the challenges ahead, attaining new skills, working alongside his family whilst being able to give back to his community. In his pastime he enjoys playing football, watching the formula one and socialising with his friends.
