Managing Director – Javanika Patel

I am honoured by the opportunity to work in the service industry. I take pride in looking after people who are in need and it’s very natural to me. I am glad to be part of the positive impact that we are making on clients and their families lives. I have deep empathy for those who have the courage to reach out and ask for help as Les Brown Says “Ask for help. Not because you are weak. But because you want to remain strong”.

Care Coordinator – Phoebe McLaren RN

"It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years!"

For the last five years, I have been blessed to bring joy, passion and care into the lives of those in my community. In 2016 I became a Community Registered Nurse and worked in New Zealand overseeing the delivery of care and creating personalised care plans to enable people to safely stay in their homes. I strive to deliver culturally safe, client-centred care and work in partnership with clients, their family and health professionals to promote and environmental congruent with positive health outcomes.

In 2019 my family and I had the opportunity to make Sydney our home and I now get to bring my skills and dedication to a company that encompasses the honesty, integrity and care that guides my nursing practice. I started with Right at Home Sydney The Hills in February 2020. My role includes coordination, wound care, skilled nursing, client visits, telehealth and training of staff. I am excited to be part of an amazing team and look forward to continuing my growth both personally and professionally in this role.

Clinical Care Coordinator – Inka Patel RN

The quote, “One person caring for another represents life’s greatest value” motivated me to become Nurse.

For the past seven years, I have worked as a registered nurse in hospital and nursing home where I have had a pleasure of working with the residents and making new friends. Looking back on my working commitment, I still have more to contribute and offer to fulfill my intellectual curiosity in this profession. I have learned the ingredients of what it takes to be a good nurse, such as having patience, behavior management, palliative care and working under stress. I am glad to be part of the passionate Right At Home Sydney The Hills team. I am grateful for the opportunity to put my clinical skills and principle into practice to make changes in the quality of life of those we serve.
