Javanika Patel - Managing Director
I am honoured by the opportunity to work in the service industry. I take pride in looking after people who are in need and it’s very natural to me. I am glad to be part of the positive impact that we are making in clients and their families lives. I have deep empathy for those who have the courage to reach out and ask for help as Les Brown Says “Ask for help. Not because you are weak. But because you want to remain strong”.
Michael Medel - Care Coordinator
I have had the privilege to work with the elderly and individuals living with a disability for over 12 years. I am very passionate about providing my community with the support and respect they deserve. My extensive experience working in a hospital, nursing home, group home, community and home care setting has given me understanding and deep empathy for those who have the courage to reach out and ask for help. It has also given me the knowledge of how to best support them in their time of need.
I have lived in Blacktown/Mt Druitt for 22 years and love it here! In my spare time, I enjoy training martial arts, traveling, cooking and of course, spending time with my wonderful family. I am looking forward to the opportunity to support you.
Phoebe McLaren - Registered Nurse/Care Coordinator
"It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years!"
For the last 5 years I have been blessed to bring joy, passion and care into the lives of those in my community. In 2016 I became a Community Registered Nurse and worked in New Zealand overseeing delivery of care and creating personalised care plans to enable people to safely stay in their homes. I strive to deliver culturally safe, client-centred care and work in partnership with clients, their family and health professionals to promote and environmental congruent with positive health outcomes.
In 2019 my family and I had the opportunity to make Sydney our home and I now get to bring my skills and dedication to a company that encompasses the honesty, integrity and care that guides my nursing practice.
I started with Right at Home, Sydney the Hills in February 2020. It is a pleasure working for a company that has integrity and honesty and truly cares about the quality of life for the people we serve. My role includes coordination, wound care, skilled nursing, client visits, telehealth and training of staff. I am excited to be part of an amazing team and look forward to continue growing both personally and professionally in this role.
