Greg Ducie - Director
Greg’s first career was as an officer in the Australian Army for 15 years. He has since worked in a variety of roles in Australia and overseas including organisational change consultant in the financial services industry (the UK and Europe); business owner of a leadership development company for 9 years (working in Australia, SE Asia, Middle East, and North America); General Manager of an Australian government medical services contract; and as a consultant in business continuity, crisis management, and security risk management.
The common thread of Greg’s career has been his focus on building people and leadership skills, driven by a passion for creating high-performance teams that deliver outstanding client outcomes. He believes in developing robust, trusting relationships, both with clients and within the team at Right at Home Brisbane West.
Sarah Dunlop - Registered Nurse
Sarah is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing clients with the highest quality of care in their homes. Having worked in the healthcare sector for over two decades, Sarah draws on an extensive knowledge base to support and strengthen our multi-disciplinary Care team. Her clinical skills have included cardiac and coronary care, and specialised gastroenterological nursing while working at the Wesley Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital. Sarah’s scope of practice has most recently been community-based, having worked as a community nurse for 10 years. This has extended into leadership and management roles in philanthropic organisations such as St Vincent de Paul and Gillies House.
Sarah is committed to ensuring the co-ordinated delivery of care from a health care team that is dynamic and responsive.
Connie Bellam - Administration Officer
Connie brings extensive experience and focus to the Brisbane West office through her background in medical administration and recruiting, having worked for several years with nursing and carer agencies in both Australia and New Zealand. In these roles Connie was responsible for attracting talented staff, assessing and validating their qualifications and credentials, and managing staff placement.
Connie has also managed and delivered training for recruited staff in a number of businesses and assisted in the successful establishment of a new recruiting business in Australia. Connie is also a highly qualified and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, having provided Sports, Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage therapy for four years.
In her role at Right at Home Brisbane West, Connie is committed to ensuring the effective recruitment of carer and nursing staff, as well as monitoring and managing the compliance and administrative procedures of the business.
Kristian Scott - Administration Assistant
Kristian is an experienced customer service and administration officer, having worked in cinemas and franchised book stores for seven years. This included work in customer enquiries, executing and managing front of house duties, having financial and stock-taking responsibilities, and assisting with a variety of customer service solutions.
Kristian is a trained operatic vocalist, having gained his Bachelor of Music from University of Queensland (First Class Honours) in Extended Performance, and a Master of Music Studies from Qld Conservatorium Griffith University. During his studies, Kristian has also worked as an Intern at Opera Queensland and as a Voice Tutor for St. Peter’s Lutheran College. Kristian also manages his own private voice tutoring business, providing individual instruction and coaching for performers of all ages and skill.
In his role at Right at Home Brisbane West, Kristian manages Carer’s rosters, incoming customer service enquiries, and assists with the maintenance of our administrative procedures. He believes strongly that customer service is critical for a good business, and he is dedicated to assisting our Carers to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.
