Craig has worked primarily in the higher education sector with over two decades of experience working in various capacities at a number of institutions having completed a Master's degree in Tertiary Education Management and a Master's in Education.

He has worked in several roles, including teaching, providing policy advice, student engagement, financial planning, and inter-college liaison. He has extensive experience in curriculum design, budget management, marketing, and recruitment. In 2022, Craig turned his attention to seeking a career change and partnered with his wife Chon to work in aged care. After many years of discussing the challenges and rewards of helping the most vulnerable members of our community with his wife, Craig was convinced he could help make a real difference for those in need by bringing them care at home.

Chon has almost 30 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse. From 1994 she worked at Prince of Songkhla University Hospital, Thailand, before moving to Bangkok Heart Hospital in a management role in 2006. On migrating to Australia in 2009, Chon commenced work as a personal care worker in the residential aged care industry. She completed a second Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Canberra in 2012 and has since worked as an aged care nurse, care team manager, educator and infection control lead within residential aged care for the past 11 years. Chon is now keen to partner with her husband to apply her knowledge and experience to help people remain more independent for longer at home.

Both Craig and Chon are excited about helping the elderly, those living with a disability, those needing post-hospital care or those needing any care in their home in the Right at Home ACT Canberra area. They are also very excited to employ local carer’s, support workers and nurses, create a great team culture and really make a difference in their local community as a home care provider and as an employer.
