We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Sydney Upper North Shore.

This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the North of Sydney.

Here is a bit more about your role as a personal care worker:

• You will be a valued team member helping to provide services to support clients’ individual needs in both their home and community
• All of our clients are based in Sydney Upper North Shore Area
• Paid hours (casual) + Kilometres + Super - Attractive hourly rates!
• Paid time in between back-to-back clients!
• Broken Shift Allowance!
• Shifts available at all times giving you the opportunity create your own hours
• You MUST have a current driver's license and preferably own car to use on shifts

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as a personal care worker may include:

• Personal Care
• Domestic Assistance
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Assistance
• Respite
• Transport to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity
• Develop a plan along with the client to improve their lives and follow it on a daily basis
