Right at Home is one of Australia's leading in-home care providers, supporting older Australians and adults living with disability to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. We're looking for warm, reliable Personal Care Workers to join our growing Brisbane team.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll support clients in their own homes with the everyday tasks that help them stay comfortable and independent, including:

• Personal care assistance, such as showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Support with mobility, transfers and continence care
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
• Light domestic duties and help around the home
• Transport and accompanying clients to appointments or community activities
• Friendly companionship and social support

Shifts are flexible — days, evenings and weekends available — making this role ideal for those balancing study, family, or other commitments.

Location: Brisbane South: Bulimba, New Farm, Carindale, Mount Gravatt, Annerley. Employment type: Casual

What You'll Need

• Your own reliable car
• A current driver's licence
• A current First Aid Certificate
• A current CPR Certificate
• A genuine, caring nature and a passion for helping others
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently

You'll also need to hold, or be willing to obtain:

• A National Police Check
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Care is highly regarded but not essential — full training and mentoring is provided.
