About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our growing team.

In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while following individual care plans.

Key Duties

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene needs
• Domestic support, including light household tasks
• Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
• Supporting daily living activities and community participation
• Following organisational policies and procedures
• Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and individual choices
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent), or currently working towards completion
• Nursing students who have successfully completed relevant placement and study requirements equivalent to a Certificate III

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2 or Full Licence)
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• 100 Points of Identification
