This role is a casual management position (18 hours per week) offering flexible hours / days and the benefit to work from home if needed.

The position's duties include: Care Assessments, Care Planning and Case Management, Operational management, Quality assurance, Initially the role will have some business development responsibilities, but this will reduce over time.
