The service industry is not just a passion of mine, it's a way of life.  My mother and father always told me that I have the heart for service.  Personally, I take deep pride in helping others feel their best.  It is an innate quality that I cherish and share with everyone.  Right at Home gives me an opportunity to truly reach this goal by providing in home health care services to those who need it the most.  It would really be an honour to allow me to deliver this service to you and your loved ones.

I am extremely proud to be a part of the home care industry and to provide my community with a much needed service. Being a home care provider is a natural fit for me.  From a very young age, I have always been passionate about helping others and taking care of those in need.  I was the child that was always bringing home injured animals and nursing them back to health!

With a beautiful family of my own, I have great empathy and a deep understanding of the emotions involved with putting those you love in the care of others.  I am honoured by the opportunity to have a positive impact in the lives of our clients and to provide peace of mind to their families. As mother Theresa said, "I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples".

I am very passionate about supporting clients in the community to live their best possible life within their own home by working in partnership to identify and achieve meaningful, wholistic goals encouraging independence, wellness and reablement in a safe environment. What is so special is that everyone has their own unique story to tell and it is an honour to have heard so many of them over the 9 years I have been working in the community. Working in the home care industry is a natural fit for me. I am a very caring person by nature and am always there to support or encourage my friends and family. My biggest achievement in life is by far raising my two daughters who have flourished into two beautiful strong young women and I couldn’t be prouder.

My Registered Nurse Care Coordinator role with Right at Home is to provide you and your significant others the support to maintain your independence, safety and wellness at home. Providing holistic and client focused nursing care to individuals in their own home environment is an effortless and rewarding experience. I look forward to helping you navigate the health care system and identify gaps in support measures that can be of assistance to your individualised health care plan. My passion is supporting clients along their health care journey to achieve the best possible health care outcome. I have gained extensive experience throughout my nursing career from working in a tiny remote community of the Northern Territory and South Australia to nursing in North Queensland and Victoria. I have many stories to share and am always eager to hear of others life journeys. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my large modern-day family of 5 children and the hustle and bustle they create!

Toni Kriewaldt, Human Resources Coordinator

As the Human Resource Coordinator for Right at Home, Sunshine Coast, I provide recruitment experience to build a team of professional and compassionate carers able to provide the highest quality service to our clients. I have over ten years’ experience in Human Resources within both the private and public sectors and understand the importance of finding the right people to help bring our mission to life each and every day. And that mission is; to help improve the quality of life for those we serve. Working within the community care sector provides me the opportunity to not only work and provide for my family, but also contribute towards better outcomes for the Sunshine Coast Community. When not working I enjoy the many beaches that Sunshine Coast has on offer with my family as well as exploring the Hinterland’s National Parks and Forests.

I have had the privilege to work with the elderly and individuals living with disability for over 23 years. I am very passionate about supporting my community members and providing them with the respect and love they deserve. My extensive experience working with families has given me understanding and a deep empathy for those who have the courage to reach out and ask for help. I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for 15 years and love it here! In my spare time I enjoy camping, traveling, cooking and of course spending time with my wonderful family.  I look forward to the privilege of supporting you.
