Simone Lesko - Managing Director
I am extremely proud to be a part of the home care industry and to provide my community with a much-needed service. Being a home care provider is a natural fit for me. From a very young age, I have always been passionate about helping others and taking care of those in need. I was the child that was always bringing home injured animals and nursing them back to health!
With a beautiful family of my own, I have great empathy and a deep understanding of the emotions involved with putting those you love in the care of others. I am honoured by the opportunity to have a positive impact in the lives of our clients and to provide peace of mind to their families. Soreya - Registered Nurse Care Coordinator
As a Registered Nurse Care Coordinator with Right at Home, I am passionate about supporting you through your health care journey and providing holistic nursing care, education, and guidance to assist you in maintaining wellness and independence within your home environment. I have extensive experience in the community as a Registered Nurse, as well as in the hospital sector as a discharge coordinator. Outside of my role, I am a wife and mother of two adorable children who keep me on my feet. When I'm not running kids to gymnastics, swimming, karate, and basketball, I enjoy hanging out at the beach with my family and baking designer cakes.
Andrea - Client Services Manager
As the Client Services Manager with Right at Home Sunshine Coast, it is my privilege to support our clients and their families through what can be an emotional and challenging process. My role is to listen and be your home care expert whether you require aged care, disability support, or assistance while recovering from hospitalisation or injury. I am an Enrolled Nurse with over a decade of diverse experience in the Aged Care Sector. I am passionate about providing quality and personalised care. I love getting to know the individual and what is important to them; I am not about a one size fits all approach. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband and daughter, who I am very proud of. I am often seen enjoying the beautiful landscape of the Sunshine Coast either running or walking the pavements with my 4-legged son.
Lesleigh - Client Services Officer
Taking a position with Right at Home as the Client Services Officer seemed the perfect fit for me. It is an honour to help our clients and families understand what services are available to them so they can live safe and independently in their own homes. Sometimes this process seems impossible, but with my assistance, I can help ease that pain. I know firsthand as I have lived through having to make the hard decisions relating to the health and well-being of the loved ones in my family. My professional experience includes over 20 years of experience building relationships with GP’s, pharmacists, clinical specialists, and professional staff in the clinical and medical field. In addition to that, I spent over 7 years working with the QLD Health as a Consumer Representative acting as a voice of reason for consumers and their families so they can receive the best service from the Sunshine Coast and Gympie health care systems.
Toni - Human Resources Coordinator
As the Human Resource Coordinator for Right at Home, Sunshine Coast, I provide recruitment expertise to build a team of professional and compassionate carers who provide the highest quality service to our clients. I have over ten years of experience in Human Resources within both the private and public sectors and understand the importance of finding the right people to help bring our mission to life each and every day. And that mission is; to help improve the quality of life for those we serve. Working within the community care sector provides me the opportunity to not only work and provide for my family, but also contribute towards better outcomes for the Sunshine Coast Community. When not working I enjoy the many beaches that Sunshine Coast has on offer with my family as well as exploring the Hinterland’s National Parks and Forests.
Donna - Scheduler & Office Administration
I have had the privilege to work with the elderly and individuals living with a disability for over 23 years. I am very passionate about supporting my community members and providing them with the respect and love they deserve. My extensive experience working with families has given me an understanding and deep empathy for those who have the courage to reach out and ask for help. I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for 15 years and love it here! In my spare time, I enjoy camping, traveling, cooking and of course, spending time with my wonderful family. I look forward to the privilege of supporting you.
Brooke - Resgistered Nurse & Office Administration
As both a Registered Nurse and Office Administration Officer my role is to help with some of the key operations in the office as well as get out and about on the road providing in home nursing services. It is my priority to ensure our clients receive quality care and that they feel supported to live safely and independently in their own home. What drew me to Right at Home is the importance placed on getting to know our clients as individuals and providing holistic goal orientated care. My previous experience working in the hospital setting within Intensive Care and surgical wards which has given me the clinical skills required to provide skilled nursing care out in the community. Outside of work I spend my time at the beach, Scuba diving, being creative with various art projects, and hanging out with my beautiful friends and family.
Leila - Office Administration
I am very happy and excited to be a part of the Right at Home Sunshine Coast team! I bring a solid finance and administration background from my experience working in various sectors including Government, Retail, Tourism, Events, and more recently, Aged Care and Health. I am a very passionate and committed team member ready to assist our clients and internal stakeholders to ultimately ensure our clients can continue to live safely in their own homes. I love being an active community member making a difference and exploring all that the beautiful Sunshine Coast has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, cooking, sewing, knitting, embroidering, spending time with my family and friends, and on occasions “stopping to smell the roses”.
