We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female Support Worker to provide active overnight assistance to a female NDIS participant in Coomera/ Pimpama region. This role requires someone who is attentive, trustworthy, and confident supporting participants overnight while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

 Position Details

• Role: Active Overnight Support Worker

• Location: Coomera/ Pimpama 

• Start Date: Immediate

• Availability Required:

  • Weekends (essential)

  • Some weeknights 

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for an interview, applicants must have:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Paid Worker Card)

• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate

• Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)

• Experience in disability support or similar role (preferred)

Please note: Due to participant preference and support needs, only female applicants will be interviewed.

About the Role

You will be supporting a female NDIS participant by providing:

• Active overnight monitoring and assistance

• Personal care support (as required)

• Emotional support and reassurance

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable overnight environment

• Clear communication and documentation of overnight events
