We are seeking a Physiotherapist who enjoys working in the community, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting older adults and people living with disability to maintain their independence, mobility and wellbeing.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive organisation where your clinical expertise, ideas and initiative can help shape the continued growth and development of Allied Health services within our local community.

We currently have full-time, part-time and flexible school-hour opportunities available for the right candidate.

This position is primarily based from our Subiaco office and supports clients across both Perth West Coast and Perth Northern Suburbs. As Allied Health services continue to expand, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help develop community-based physiotherapy programs and strengthen access to services across the region.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to clients living in their own homes and communities, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both direct client care and future Allied Health initiatives within an established and growing organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatment planning

• Falls prevention and risk assessments

• Strength, balance, mobility and rehabilitation programs

• Exercise prescription and functional movement programs

• Clinical documentation, reporting and care planning

• Collaboration with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams

• Developing and facilitating individual and group-based wellness, exercise, strength, balance and falls prevention programs

• Identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement through education sessions, community activities and therapeutic programs

• Contributing ideas and initiatives that support client outcomes, community engagement and the growth of Allied Health services

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified Physiotherapist
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout our service area (Two Rocks to Mosman Park)
  • Current Australian working rights

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in community aged care, disability, rehabilitation or home care settings.
  • Knowledge of Community Aged Care, Home Care Packages (HCP), Support at Home and/or NDIS funding models.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients, families and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to client care and service delivery.
  • Confidence identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and promote independence.
  • Experience facilitating group exercise, falls prevention, wellness or community-based programs.
  • Experience mentoring, educating or supporting clients, carers or care staff.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar adult education qualification (desirable).
  • Interest in contributing to the growth and development of Allied Health services and community wellbeing programs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
