We’re currently seeking caring, reliable Disability Support Workers to join our casual team in the Central Gold Coast area.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Personal support — assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Disability support — helping clients build independence, confidence, and life skills
  • Community access — supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs
  • Domestic assistance — light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
  • Companionship — offering emotional reassurance and meaningful social connection
  • Care plan documentation — following individualised plans and accurately recording services
  • Team collaboration — working closely with our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, high‑quality support

About You

You’re someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives. You bring:

  • Compassion and patience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence working independently in clients’ homes and in the community
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or current health‑related studies
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian working rights
