October is National Safe Work Month. Latest Safe Work Australia data shows that in 2022, 195 workers in Australia were fatally injured at work and 127,800 serious workers’ compensation claims were made. 

It’s National Carer’s Week here in Australia with the theme ‘Millions of Reasons to Care’! This national campaign aims to broaden the awareness of the three million Australians caring for their family members and friends.  

Aged Care Employee Day celebrates more than 370,000 aged and community care staff who care for over 1.5 million older Australians. Aged Care Employee Day is celebrated on 7 August each year and is a day to recognise the contributions of those who work in the sector.

The 28th of April will mark World Day for Safety and Health at Work. As Australia's premier home care provider we take safety and health at work very seriously.

It’s National Employee Appreciation Day and an incredibly important date in our annual calendar that falls on the first Friday of the month of March.

Today is World Youth Skills Day and we at Right at Home Australia would like to say thank you to our incredible community of young (and older) caregivers.

April 28 is World Day for Safety and Health at Work and Workers' Memorial Day. Each year, this day provides us with an important opportunity to reflect on how to prevent occupational deaths, injuries, diseases and illnesses. It is also a day to remember those who have died from a work-related injury or illness.
