Our Gold Coast North team is friendly, supportive, and dedicated to creating positive outcomes for both our clients and our staff.

We are currently prioritising applicants based in the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

Roles Available

• Personal Care Workers
• Domestic Assistance Workers (Cleaning)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
• Provide social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
• Deliver domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility aids and personal equipment
• Assist with complex or high-needs care
• Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes
• Complete service notes and progress updates after each shift

About You

• Caring, compassionate, and respectful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to build positive relationships with clients and families
• Confident using a smartphone or mobile app for rosters and care notes

Mandatory Requirements

• National Police Check (within 12 months)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
• Smartphone with internet access

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Home & Community Care
