What You'll Bring:

• A genuine passion for helping others
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance
• Reliable transport and valid driver's licence
• A heart of gold and a strong work ethic

What You'll Do:

• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients in their homes or residential setting
• Assist with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support with light household tasks and meal preparation
• Encourage independence, wellbeing, and community connection
• Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure holistic, responsive care
