As our Intake Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients and their families. You'll manage client enquiries, coordinate in-home assessments, and ensure a smooth and professional intake experience.

You'll use your strong time management, ethical judgment, and organisational skills to help us deliver on our mission:
“Improving the quality of life for those we serve.”

Key Responsibilities: 

• Respond to client enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients 
• Maintain accurate client records and follow ethical standards 
• Work closely with care coordinator, nurses and admin teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Ethical, reliable, and compassionate approach
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping people 
• Comfortable using systems, software, and managing data
• Experience in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Support 
• Holds a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
