We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in the Varsity Lake area

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care: showering, dressing, toileting, mobility support
• Assisting with meals, routines, and daily living activities
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light household duties: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
• Following individualised care plans and documenting services provided
• Working collaboratively with a supportive care team, including clinical nurses

About You

You genuinely care about improving the lives of others and bring:

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently in clients’ homes
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or currently studying nursing/health
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
