About the Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to deliver person-centred care in a community setting. You will be responsible for supporting clinical care needs while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care in line with individual care plans
  • Assist with clinical tasks including wound care, medication administration, and observations
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support clients with daily living activities as required
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team
  • Escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses or relevant health professionals
  • Support and guide Personal Care Workers when required
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and client-focused environment
  • Assist with risk assessments and incident reporting

Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing 

Current AHPRA Registration 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in community care, aged care, or disability (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current Police Check and relevant clearances
  • Current NDIS Screening check or willing to aply one 
  • Current WWC Check
