We are currently seeking experienced Casual Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our team supporting clients across Gold Coast, including areas such as Biggera Waters, Labrador, Ashmore , Benowa and surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide meaningful support to older Australians living in a in-home care environment.

Position Summary

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play an important role in supporting clients with their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living

• Support clients with mobility, hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation

• Monitor and report changes in client health or wellbeing to the care partner

• Assist with light domestic duties and household tasks

• Support community access and social engagement

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment

• Work collaboratively with the Right at Home care team and clinical staff

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent) – mandatory

• Previous aged care, disability, or community care experience preferred

• Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Current National Police Check

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Immunisation record (including flu vaccination where applicable)

• Full working rights in Australia
