Personal Care Workers -  Northern Rivers NSW

Pay Rate: $ 43.24 per hour

We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis in Northern Rivers area.

What You’ll Do

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Supporting clients with meals and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
• Following care plans and accurately documenting services provided
• Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure safe, high-quality support

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently in clients’ homes
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care
• Current First Aid & CPR certification within last 12 months
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable,  registered and insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) within last 12 months
• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to use Smartphones and Apps
