We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Events Coordinator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, based in our Perth office. This role will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities and wellness programs for clients located in remote areas.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and activities tailored to aged care clients
  • Organise and manage wellness centred programs and schedules
  • Develop activity plans within allocated budgets
  • Liaise with clients to promote participation and confirm attendance
  • Coordinate resources, venues, and logistics for events
  • Ensure activities align with client needs, wellbeing goals, and organisational standards

Qualifications

Certificate III in Community Services or a related field

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in organising aged care activities or similar programs
  • Experience coordinating a wellness centre or community-based programs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and plan cost-effective activities
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team
