As a Physiotherapist at Right at Home Sydney Central and Eastern Suburbs, you will play a vital role in improving the mobility, function, and overall health of our clients. You will provide one-on-one care and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate client’s physical condition and needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to clients.
Educate clients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for ongoing care.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and progress.
