Our Perth Northern Suburbs and West Coast offices are looking for an experienced Full Time Human Resource Co-Ordinator with a strong focus on customer service, building relationships and embracing the right culture.

About the opportunity:

 We are looking to employ an HR Co-ordinator who can grow with us as a business, the right person will have outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal person is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organisational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 

To ensure success, HR Co-ordinator should be able to display efficient problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, strong staffing management abilities & have efficient computing skills and competency in Micorsoft office 365. Our chosen candidate will be able to manage multiple stakeholders, high levels of integrity and confidentiality due to management of sensitve/confidential information, strong affinity to our brand and culture, embrace change, work autonomously, people person who can think on their feet, can do attitude.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Support senior management in the operational mangement of the business
  • Perform efficiently and competently all HR administration duties
  • Continous improvement of training, onboarding and orientation 
  • Deliver reports as requested in a timely manner
  • Monitor the workforce trends and impact this may have on our business
  • Monitoring & maintaining of both HR email accounts for the business.
  • Review and update HR process documents and employee records.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of permanent and casual employees.
  • Following the Recruitment process and support with the end-to-end recruitment process
  • First point of contact for all HR queries relating to HR Systems, processes, policies, and programs
  • Processing the documents for Staff Compliance
  • Managing employee’s data and general administration tasks

Qualifications

Experience  & Qualification –

 

  • Ideally a Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or similar
  • 2/3 years’ experience in a HR administration, coordinator, or generalist role
  • Strong administration experience
  • Previous experience within the health and community service strongly desired but not essential.
  • Undertanding of pay awards especially SCHADS
