Right at Home Geelong, Victoria is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Scheduler/Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly office.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care through effective coordination of staff schedules, prompt communication, and exceptional customer service. You’ll manage rostering with accuracy, handle client enquiries with empathy, and build trusted relationships with both clients and carers. Also incorporated into the role is the Care Co-ordinator role, which will coordinate all allocated Client/Participant-related activities within the Right At Home service, ensuring that a high quality of consumer-directed care is delivered to all Clients/Participants within the statutory requirements.As a Care Partner, you will coordinate support services under the Support at Home framework, empowering older Australians to remain independent and make informed decisions about their care. Services may include allied health, home support, nursing, and equipment provision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Cert IV Aged Care/Individual Support or EN or RN qualification
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
