We are currently seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our growing team servicing clients across the Central Coast, NSW.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide meaningful in-home support to our aged care clients while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living including personal care, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance
• Supporting clients with nutrition and medication reminders where required
• Following individual care plans and identifying changes in client needs
• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and care partners
• Performing light domestic assistance to support safe and comfortable living at home
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you will need:

· Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
· Current Australian National Police check
· Current First Aid and CPR certificate
· Full Australian Driver’s licence and own reliable insured car

Must be availabile to work flexible shifts across the Central Coast region

• Previous experience in aged care, home care, disability support, or community care
• A genuine passion for helping elderly clients maintain independence at home
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
