Scheduling/Administration Officer


Description

We are looking for a superstar scheduler/Adminstration Officer to join our Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs and Perth West Coast team on a permanent full-time basis.

We welcome an experienced, resourceful, and inspired team player. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality care to our clients by ensuring timely and accurate rostering of staff. Our clients remain at the forefront of what we do. We build strong lasting relationships with our clients, offering continuity and personalised care.

About the role

  • Maintain effective and efficient rosters, with client's needs as the focus allocating shifts to most appropriate staff
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiries
  • Input client requests for services using VisualCare software
  • Assisting with recruitment of new staff members including employment screening, interviews, references and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Liaison with brokers, other referral sources, staff members, carer staff, clients and their families as needed
  • Ensure all client contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence with your stakeholders.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • On-call on a rotating roster

About you

  • Demonstrative experience in scheduling and administration in the Home Care and Community setting
  • Understanding of the SCHADs award, ensuring compliance
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills
  • Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitaskto meet competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and VisualCare or other rostering software
  • The ability to use initiative, work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of the local geographical area

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Current Australian National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Valid driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicle
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
