We are seeking a Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering client-focused care that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in clients’ homes.
Complete assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans.
Provide clinical care including medication administration and wound management.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP).
Understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance requirements.
National Police Check (current).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
Experience in supervising staff and managing care plans.
Professional Indemnity Insurance.
