Registered Nurse (Must be in Australia)


Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering client-focused care that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in clients’ homes.
  • Complete assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans.
  • Provide clinical care including medication administration and wound management.
  • Mentor and guide care staff to deliver quality services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  •  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.

Qualifications

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge of consumer-directed care and Home Care Packages (HCP).
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Act and compliance requirements.
  • National Police Check (current).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing care plans.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance.
