We are looking for care workers who is caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality holistic care in Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home.

Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Macarthur Penrith . This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the Penrith City includes the suburbs and localities of Greater western Sydney including Agnes Banks (part), Badgerys Creek (part), Berkshire Park, Caddens, Cambridge Gardens, Cambridge Park, Castlereagh, Claremont Meadows, Colyton, Emu Heights, Emu Plains, Erskine Park, Glenmore Park, Jamisontown, Jordan Springs, Kemps Creek (part), Kingswood, Leonay, Llandilo, Londonderry, Luddenham (part), Mount Vernon, Mulgoa, North St Marys, Orchard Hills, Oxley Park, Penrith, Regentville, South Penrith, St Clair, St Marys, Wallacia (part), Werrington, Werrington County and Werrington Downs.

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of time management and organisational ability
  • Willingness to participate in further education opportunities

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current Valid first aid and CPR certificate
  • Australian Drivers License & Comprehensively insured Car
  • Smart mobile phone
  • Available for an immediate start

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $37.00 – $41.00 per hour (standard rate)

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Public holidays
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability

  • Available to work for 5 Week Days during business hours.

Education:

 

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care Support or Disability

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid and CPR (Required)
  • Driver Licence & Comprehensive Car insurance (Required)
