We are looking for care workers who is caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality holistic care in Aged, Disability, Transitional & Palliative Care and Hospital in the Home.

Our services include, aged and disability care, transitional care, hospital in the home and palliative care. We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

This role will report to the Care Manager Right at Home Macarthur Penrith . This position is on a casual basis with work mainly in the Hoxton Park, Austral , Campbelltown City includes the suburbs and localities of Airds, Ambarvale, Bow Bowing, Bradbury, Campbelltown, Claymore, Denham Court (part), Eagle Vale, Englorie Park, Eschol Park, Gilead, Glen Alpine, Ingleburn, Kearns, Kentlyn, Leumeah, Long Point, Macquarie Fields, Macquarie Links, Minto, Minto Heights, Mount Annan (part), Raby, Rosemeadow, Ruse, St Andrews, St Helens Park, Wedderburn, Woodbine

A successful candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care
  • A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
  • Preferred a worker from multi-culture background and ability to speak languages other than English
  • Ability to do sleep overs & work in 24 hour care shifts
  • Must have Cert III and higher on Disability support/Community health services/ Aged care
  • Australian Driving License with fully comprehensively insured car is a must.
  • Current First aid and CPR
  • Current Working with children(Blue card) and Australian federal police check.
  • Ability to speak in Serbian , Turkish , Arabic , Vietnamese or any other language including English.
  • 30-40 Hrs Per Fortnight
  • Availability Required : All days of the week including Evenings
  • Position open for Citizens and Permanent Residents of Australia only.
  • Fully COVID 19 vaccination

Pay: $35.00 – $90.00 per hour
