This role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and adherence to established care protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients in Bundaberg/ Woodgate.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with personal cares; bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
Delivering tailored care that respects each client’s preferences and routine
Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including:
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Mobility and hygiene support
Transport to appointments and social outings
Providing companionship and emotional support
Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
15+ hours a week, with availability to cover Monday to Friday, alternating weekends
Additional hours for the right applicant!

Qualifications

Experience as a Personal Care Worker
Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification)
Driver's license and vehicle

Strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in personal care tasks
Excellent time management abilities
