Description

If you’re looking for meaningful work where your care genuinely matters, this role is for you. Right at Home Gold Coast is expanding, and we’re seeking warm, reliable Home Care Workers to support clients across the Gold Coast community.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting clients with personal care such as showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Assisting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and routine activities
Offering companionship, reassurance, and social connection
Completing light household duties like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
Following individualised care plans and keeping accurate progress notes
Working alongside our coordinators and clinical team to ensure safe, consistent support

Who You Are

You’re someone who finds purpose in helping others live well. You bring:

Genuine empathy, patience, and dependability
Clear and confident communication skills
Comfort working independently in clients’ homes
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs throughout the day

What You’ll Need

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or current studies in nursing/health
Current First Aid & CPR
A valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
