This role will report to the Care Coordinator.

Certificate lll in Aged/Disability or Community care is required

To be successful in this role you will have:

 * Experience in Community Aged Care/Disability Care

* Certificate lll / lV in Home and Community Care  ( or similar )

* Willingness to travel distance and be willing to work various hours.

* A roadworthy and registered vehicle and hold a current C class drivers licence

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to demonstrate empathy with elderly residents

* The ability, and commitment, to uphold high standards of work
