About the Role

As a Mobile Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients within the community to support comfort, mobility, relaxation, pain management, and overall wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing relaxation and remedial massage services
  • Supporting clients with pain and tension management
  • Promoting mobility, circulation, and general wellbeing
  • Delivering services in clients’ homes and community settings
  • Maintaining professional documentation and client records
  • Liaising with care coordinators, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Supporting clients under Home Care Packages, Support at Home, NDIS, and wellness programs
  • Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

  • Copy of relevant qualification/certification in Massage Therapy or related field
  • Current National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance with minimum cover of $5 million
  • Full Australian working rights

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working within community aged care, disability, rehabilitation, or wellness settings
  • Knowledge of person-centred care approaches
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
  • Compassionate, professional, and reliable approach to client care
  • Experience providing relaxation or remedial massage services
  • Confidence working within clients’ homes and community environments
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Multilingual skills highly regarded
