We’re currently looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our casual team in the Tugun area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Personal care support including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Assisting with meals and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Following individualised care plans and documenting services accurately
• Working closely with our care team to ensure safe, high‑quality support

About You

You’re someone who genuinely wants to make a difference. You bring:

• Compassion, patience, and dependability
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence working independently in clients’ homes
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or current nursing/health studies
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
