We’re currently looking for committed and empathetic Personal Care Workers to join our casual team, supporting clients in the Northern Gold Coast communities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Personal care support — assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Daily living assistance — helping with meals, routines, and general wellbeing
• Companionship — offering social connection and emotional support
• Home help — light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Care plan adherence — following client‑specific plans and documenting services accurately
• Team collaboration — working alongside our care coordinators and clinical staff to ensure safe, high‑quality care

About You

You’re someone who finds purpose in supporting others and brings:

• Empathy and reliability
• Clear communication skills
• Confidence working independently in clients’ homes
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or current studies in nursing/health
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
