Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal cares; bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
  • Delivering tailored care that respects each client’s preferences and routine
  • Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including:
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Mobility and hygiene support
  • Transport to appointments and social outings
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
  • 15+ hours a week, with availability to cover Monday to Friday, alternating weekends

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Personal Care Worker
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification)
  • Driver's license and vehicle
  • Current Car Insurance (Full comprehensive) & Car Registration 
  • National police check
  • First aid & CPR
  • Blue Card

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in personal care tasks 
  • Excellent time management abilities
