Personal Care Workers (PCW) - Lismore - Surrounds

Are you passionate about helping others live independently? Whether you are experienced or just starting your career in aged care, this is your chance to make a difference supporting clients aged 65+ in their homes across Lismore and surrounding suburbs.

The successful applicant will have the following skills

• Provide domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep).
• Deliver personal care (showering/grooming, toileting, medication support).
• Offer social support and companionship to brighten a clients day.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping and community activities.

Every shift is a chance to make a positive impact while building meaningful connections.

Successful Applicant must have

• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate - last 12 months
• Current Australian Federal Police Check - last 12 months
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Reliable/registered, comprehensive insured vehicle
• Minimum 6 months industry experience in a paid aged care role
• Vaccination/Immunisation History (willing to obtain)
