Right at Home is seeking experienced Aged and Disability Support Workers to join our team and actively support our clients in the Brisbane area. This will include suburbs ranging from Upper Mount Gravatt to Rocklea to Kangaroo Point in the Southside of Brisbane and from Brighton to Fortitude Valley in the Northside of Brisbane.

Right at Home Brisbane North and South is currently looking for carers who have experience in high and low care who can perform personal care, domestic and companionship duties. As this is in-home care, workers will be providing care within our clients’ home and are expected to be willing to travel to shifts.

This role will initially be offered on a Casual basis with hourly rates between $30.42 - $66.81. However, based on performance, development opportunities may become available, such as a Permanent Part Time position. Right at home offers paid orientation and training opportunities in addition to development opportunities. This position offers a flexible working environment with a great-work life balance and flexibility within carers availability and rosters.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Certificate III in Disability/ Aged care/ Individual Support - Please note that we do not accept a Diploma of Community services, Certificate 3 in Health Services Assistance, or a Bachelor Human Services without personal care experience.
• Preference. 3+ Month’s experience in aged and disability care with personal care experience.
• Covid-19 Digital Certificate.
• Australian National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Blue Card
• Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate.
• Smart phone
• Driver’s licence and your own vehicle or reliable access to a vehicle with Full Comprehensive Car Insurance

Please note that some of these requirements are mandatory before Right at Home can provide the carer with shifts.
