Overnight Active Support Worker – Tamborine

As an Overnight Support Worker, you’ll provide reassurance and support to clients through the night, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home. This is an active overnight role.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Overnight Support Worker for shifts in the Tamborine area.

What You’ll Do

• Actively supervise clients throughout the night to maintain a safe and calm environment
• Respond promptly and supportively if the client wakes or needs assistance
• Provide light personal care as required
• Assist with toileting or mobility needs to ensure comfort and dignity
• Record all overnight observations and activities accurately
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, consistent support

About You

You are reliable, observant, and confident working independently in a care environment.

• Compassion, patience, and reliability
• The ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence working independently in a client’s home

Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or currently studying nursing/health
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full working rights in Australia
