About the Role

You will provide in-home and community support to clients, helping them with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks
• Meal preparation and light domestic duties
• Transport to appointments and community activities
• Social support and companionship
• Following individual care plans
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns

This role involves building consistent, long-term relationships with regular clients. Reliability and commitment to ongoing weekly shifts are essential.

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Own reliable vehicle (mandatory – no exceptions)
• Right to work in Australia
• Ability to commit to regular weekly shifts (minimum 3 days per week)
• Strong reliability and punctuality
