Right at Home Gosford provides a range of care services to people living independently at home in Aged and Disability Care.

Your new role will be responsible for:

• Providing holistic care focused on improving the quality of life for our clients
• Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
• Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team 
• Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate clients self-care at home

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Current or willing to obtain National Police Clearance
• Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Smart mobile phone and competent in use of technology
• Driver's licence and your own car
• Comprehensive car insurance

• Attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of time management and organisational ability
• Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
• Ability to work flexible hours
