About the role

We are looking for casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as

• Transport
• Shopping
• Personal care
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Social and community access
• Respite care

About you

• A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
• Great communication & team work skills
• Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
• A Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability 
• Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle 
• Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Australian Federal Police Check
• NSW Working with Children’s Check
• Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.

Our Benefits

• The starting hourly rate is from $42.28 per hour + shift loadings + 12% superannuation
• Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Registered Nurses & Care Partners.
