Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone’s life? We’re currently seeking dedicated Mature Female Disability Support Workers to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant’s home.

Proposed Roster Structure:

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• Evening & Passive Sleepover: 6:00 PM – Sleepover

This position involves a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts (with wake up calls).

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Supporting social and community participation
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
• Assisting with mobility (Sara Steady transfers)
• Medication administration support

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate III or CIV in Disability or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)- within 12 months
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
• National Police Check- within 12 months
• Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full rights to work in Australia
