About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role involves supporting elderly clients within their homes to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including showering, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support clients with shopping, transport, and social activities
• Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns appropriately
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
• Deliver services in line with care plans and organisational policies

Selection Criteria & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in aged care, home care, or disability support (desirable)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current National Police Check
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable insured vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Understanding of professional boundaries, confidentiality, and client dignity
